This winch has the same mounting footprint as Warn, 10"x4.5".
You should not need anything extra to use this with your S-Tech switch setup.

what comes with it is there the wires and relays to hook it up to the truck .
This Smittybilt winch package comes complete and all you need is a winch mount to bolt it to.
