Looks nice for the price point.

The ability to open it with a latch.

Seems to be of good quality so far. Fit & finish is very nice. Install was extremely simple despite the sometimes vague instructions. Only issue is the rattling but that's inherent of any of these aftermarket tire carriers & the latch mechanism seems somewhat cheesy but time will tell.

For the price, this deserves 5 stars. But with one caveat. Just like most models at this price point, the latch rattle is a thing. Did not notice until I went topless, then I HAD to find a fix: applying thin rubber/foam around the metal receiving piece and wrap it on electrical tape. Problem solved and I didn’t need a $2000 rear bumper carrier to have “no rattle”.

This product was supper easy to install with No, I said no adjustments or modifications needed at all. Everything was very precise and well made. At first it seemed the carrier did not align proper with the latch pin, but was spot on the with weight of the tire. This is an ingenious design in my opinion based on its simplicity and function. Look great on my JK and holds a 35 inch just fine. It also came with the 3rd break extender with a new cable; was plug and play. My order stated it was on back order but it seemed to ship right away. It was revived well wrapped and in perfect condition. Very nice product.

Very easy to install, holding my 37” BF Good ridge KM2s. Tire swing glides with ease every time.
