The instructions need better pictures. Especially of the 7mm screw to be removed. Like most installers, I ended up removing the plastic bumper, after which I discovered where the screw was really located (see my attached picture). I also did not notice the screws included in the kit. You MUST discard the factory 7mm screws and use the screws supplied in the the same envelope as the t-connectors. I made the mistake of using the old 7mm screws, which are not the correct thread for the lights and one of them broke off, so I had to silicone the light in place. For the bumper removal, you need to remove (2) 10mm bolts under the bumper and (4)16mm on each side. But first you need to remove the (4) 8mm screws holding the splash guards in place. One of the 16mm is really hard to get a wrench or socket on. (5/8 also works). If you want to pull the bumper all the way off, you also need to disconnect the license plate wire., but for me I just pulled the bumper off enough to access the back of the bumper easier.
Overall the lights are well made and provide a lot more light. Just be sure the T-connectors correctly pinch the existing wires. Slide the wire tightly into the t-connector before closing it. Also don't forget to remove the plastic film on the lights.

These look great and work well. However, DO NOT take the Level 3 (Advanced) installation difficulty too lightly. What the Quadratec video doesn't tell you is if you have a tow hitch installed, you will have to remove the bumper to install these lights.

These lights were an exceptionally troublesome and time consuming item to install, but the end result is great. They look great and they are VERY bright, even in a well lit shopping center at night. I haven't been off-road in the middle of nowhere with them, but I can already see I wont be disappointed. I will give Quadratec 1-star for making it seem like a breeze to install in their video (but they do show install time is 2-4). They also dont specify what tools they used, but once I figured it out it was much easier getting my reflector's off. Securing the screw that comes with the lights is a whole other story. You have two choices, the 1st, try to install the lights without removing the bumper and take 3-4 hours installing them. Second, remove the bumper and sensors if you have them, install the lights in 10 minutes, reinstall the bumper, and run the wires, which will take 3-4 hours. If you have help, they both may only take 2-3 hours. Besides the installation being difficult, these lights fulfill their intent and you wont be disappointed.

Work great, but needed to Tazer the rear lights to "LED" to prevent the lights from shutting off after 5 seconds.

Lights are great. I had someone do the install as it was beyond my limited ability. As with some others, the power into the lights caused issues. Work. Flash left and right and the. Shut down completely. Ended up buying a programmer from ECRI and issue solved by programming taillights to LED. Work perfectly.

Love the great light output with these! However, it wasn’t as easy as Oracle claimed it would be. Very intensive with spare tire, bumper, and inner fender removal necessary. It’s worth it, though, to be able to see when I’m backing up.

It appears it will provide better lighting when backing up... at least I hope it will

I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler rubicon with oe steel bumpers. I had just changed out my exhaust muffler to an axle back system, 1 clamp to loosen and 4 hanger bolts to take out. Now there is enough room to use a thin wall deep 7mm socket on a 8 in extension to get the reflector screws out, it’s tight but doable. Had to file the drivers side to fit that’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Once I took the muffler out it took about 15 min a side to replace the reflectors with the lights. I used the original screws. I had already wired under the bumper reverse lights so I just wired to them. Taking off the back bumper was not needed

I have a Rubicon with metal bumpers. If you don’t have a Dremel that you can sand the edges down it’s not fitting. About an hours worth of extra work. But bright light so there’s a plus.

2019 Rubicon - Install went ok, except no way to get the screw in to secure the light into place. Used two-sided tape and a pinch of super glue. Wanted to solder wires, but not enough length of wire and size of light harness made it more difficult - so stayed with t-clips. Love the brightness and 4 weeks in so far all is good.
