On the plus side, this is probably the best and most innovative rack I've seen. Appearances aren't everything though. Functionally, this one has a few issues since I installed it 9 months ago.

The rails you attach to are aluminum (aluminum vs steel bolts and nuts... soft aluminum bends and being aluminum breaks off). Same goes for the side rails. I was expecting the weak point to be the plastic pieces that attach the rails to the tube parts but so far they have been fine.

But the main problem is, just hauling around my 134lb roof top tent (Freespirit Oddysey 49), the top crossmembers welds have all failed on the front and back structural tubes. I believe the constant up and down bouncing on the aluminum crossmembers with the plastic ends was causing a structural flex on the whole rack.
So while the rack might be good for looks and the odd short trip, its no good for long term sustained use. Im going to have to fab up some heavy duty cross members now or get a whole new rack as theres no point using warranty to replace the parts thatll just break all over. Im going to have to move my tent mounts to some beefier custom fabricated steel crossmembers I think.

Biggest piece of junk ever. going on 5 days now and still can't get it to go together. Go Rhino is no help. wrong parts from what is shown in photos. Can't get bolts into round bars. will not line up. Terrible customer service from Go Rhino. Use your own judgement.
