Can I use it with a 3-gallon pack (I have a 37" spare tire)?
While you can physically mount a 3-gallon pack to the Rock Slide Engineering EZ Rack Spare Tire Accessory Carrier, the manufacturer specifically recommends using up to a 2.5-gallon pack.

If I am trying to mount recovery boards, what is the attachment I need to mount?
To mount recovery boards to your Rock Slide Engineering EZ Rack, you will need to purchase a separate set of mounting pins designed for recovery boards. Look for options from any universal brand and ensure they can be securely attached to the EZ Rack's mounting plates. You may need to check the dimensions and potentially do some minor drilling for optimal fitment.

If I order this product, what else do I need to order to carry gas rotopacks?
Note: Rock Slide Engineering recommends using the ROTOPAX fuel system and DLX fuel mount (RX-DLX-PM). The ROTOPAX base plate is included, but not to be used for EZ Rack installation. See the following link. Rotopax Deluxe Mount . Thanks for your inquiry.
