how does the backspacing and offsets compare to the stock mojave rims. I have these rim in my basket awaiting on this answer
The backspace of a Mojave wheel without the Max tow package has 5.71" of backspace and out the Trail Gunner at 4.5" will bring the inner wheel edge outward 1.21" away from suspension components. If not a Max tow, your factory backspace is 6" and this wheel inner edge would be out away from components 1.5". Our wheel is 1.5" wider than both factory wheel options. Thanks for your inquiry.

The 285 70 R17 would be a strong candidate for a stock ride height Jeep at 32.7 in Outer diameter. I would suggest a leveling kit if running 33"-34" and 2-3" of lift for running 35". All of those size options would be appropriate for the size of the Trail Gunner. Thanks for your inquiry.
Will this fit on a stock 2021 jeep Mojave? Offset wise?
Yes they will. The offset is lower on our wheel by the equivalent of 1.5" of push outward and will add 1.5" in wheel width. This will give a wider stance by a good bit, to help accommodating larger tires and to help avoid turning radius rub. Thanks for your inquiry.

Highlights from SEMA show this wheel in a charcoal gray color but it I only see you can order in black or bronze. Is other colors coming out soon?

I would like to confirm the backspacing and offset of these wheels. It says a 17x9 with 4.5 back spacing which would make it a -12 offset and not a +19. Can we confirm this?

Will these fit on a 265/65R17 tire ?
It would be safest to check the chosen tire manufacturer recommended rim width suggestion for optimal bead integrity. BF Goodrich to use as an example has their TA KO2 tire which is popular in a 265 65 R17 and they say it can fit on a 7.5-9.5" wide rim.
