Does not fit with factory sub (2014 JKU) the mounting holes would be at an angle which will not allow a flush, secure connection with the screw. Even with spacers provided, drilling into the vent of the tailgate is not ideal for an item to hold a table. Nice item though, disappointed.

I got this as a gift for Father’s Day. I just went to install it. It does not fit. 2010 Wrangler with the Rear Infinity subwoofer. Looks like I will have to return it. A previous question on the site answered it would fit. I can’t see relocating the subwoofer molded for its location.I was excited to have it installed. Bummed!!!
