Does the unit compensate for larger then stock tire size or can it be re-calibrated if there is a change in gearing or tire diameter?

Why would this not work for 1991 wrangler yj? Description says 92-95 is there a difference with the 1991?
Instrument panel wiring and the signals sent are completely different 87-91 vs 92-95, so the gauge panel is not compatible with 87-91 year ranges. Sorry for the inconvenience.
