No, it cannot.
Will this light bar work with the Rough Country Grab Handles?
The Stealth Interior Light Bars do not fit with any A-Pillar-mounted grab handles.
What grab bars will work with the light and install in the a-pillar?
A-pillar grab handles will not work with this light bar.
Is there a version in the works that will work with A-pillar grab handles?
Unfortunately, no, we don't have a different version.
Is there an option to have this with a strobe pattern? Need a vizor mount light bar with strobes in amber and clear/white.

Will this work with a SPOD switch bank above the mirror on a 2017 JK?

Yes this is available in 2 Piece for vehicles equipped with ACC.
I have a 2018 JK with installed grab bars on the pillars. On your first Gen., it was stated that the light bar would not be compatible if you had grab bars installed. I couldn't find such a statement with your Gen.II . Will the GenII light bar be compatible with my grab bars? Thank you, John
It is not compatible with A-Pillar grab handles.
