I have a JLU with a hard top - Do I just need rails to mount this, or is there a special rack that's necessary?
Yes, you will need a mounting system that supports both the weight of the tent, people inside, and additional luggage that may be brought up with you. Most standard cross-bar systems support weights for skis, kayaks, and/or small amounts of luggage, so you will need to verify the total weight capacity of the rack. The weight of this tent is ~150lbs + the weight of people + possible luggage weight estimate = the static weight capacity needed from the rack. You'll be looking for static weight ratings of 500+ AND dynamic weight ratings of 200+.

Will this tent mount on a full height Lost Canyon truck bed rack? Is there an anti-condensation mat available for it?

Will this work with the JL Unlimited 4D soft top? I am trying to find a system that will work with this top.
Yes, this tent would work with the JLU. We have a coupl ofe roof rack options for soft tops to research: Sherpa Roof Rack System or LOD Destroyer Bas Roof Rack

will this roof top tent work on the JL with the One-touch Power top?
This will depend on the rack/mounting system you use. You'll likely be unable to open the one-touch power top with a rack on top of the Jeep; most don't give the clearance you need to open it.
