I'm ordering two sets of these lights. For the rear bumper, I'm mounting them on the Carnivore bumper. Do I need any special adaptor or should they just screw in? What wiring harness do I need for a 2025 Wrangler Rubicon?
For the front, Which adaptor will I need to mount them? I will be adding them on the Quadratec J5 LED Light Bar. Also, which wiring harness will I need?

The Carnivore Rear Bumper is designed with integrated "hidden" mounting brackets specifically for 3" cube lights.
Mounting: No special adapters are needed. The Carnivore 3" Cube LED Kit includes the necessary U-shaped mounting brackets and stainless steel hardware. You will bolt these brackets directly to the pre-existing mounting points behind the mesh stone guards on the bumper.
Wiring: Since you have a Rubicon, you likely have the factory Auxiliary Switch Bank.
To connect to these switches, you do not need a full relay harness with a battery connection.
You only need a simple 2-wire lead pigtail with a Deutsch-style connector to plug into the lights and then splice into the factory auxiliary wires located under the hood or behind the passenger footwell.
If you want to run both rear lights on a single switch, use a 2-Way Splitter Harness.
Front Mounting (Quadratec J5 Light Bar)
The Quadratec J5 LED Light Bar mounting brackets for the Wrangler JL typically feature integrated pedestal mounts at the bottom of the A-pillar specifically for 3x3 cube lights.
Mounting Adaptor: You do not need a separate adapter. The pedestal mounts on the J5 windshield brackets are designed to accept the standard mounting bracket included with your Carnivore Cube LEDs. The bolt from the cube light bracket will pass through the hole on the J5 pedestal and secure with a nut.
Wiring: Just like the rear, you should utilize your factory auxiliary switches.
Use a 2-Way Splitter Harness with Deutsch connectors to link the two front pods together.
Pro Tip: For the J5 Light Bar itself, 2018–2025 JL models require a specific Daytime Running Lamp (DRL) Adapter Harness (Quadratec part #97109.0925) to power the signature amber halo rings without flickering.

Will these lights plug into the JL fog light harness?

No, they would not be a direct fit for the fog light harness. The plug ends are different.

Do you offer covers for the lights? I saw in 2020 the question was asked and the answer was no, has anything changed since that answer?

At this time we do not have covers for these cube lights.

With the plug provided with lights is there a harness for wiring with back up lights? Or cut and splice?

There are backup light harnesses available for aftermarket lights. For example, https://www.quadratec.com/p/quadratec/back-light-harness-jeep-wrangler-jk. Please verify fitment as this link is for a JK/JKU. If you need help finding the correct fitment please call customer 1-800-745-5337

If I'm installing them in a Carnivore rear bumper for additional reverse lighting (wired to the back up lights), would flood or spot be better? Is there a special wiring harness for that?

Flood. The spot is designed to aim at a specific 'target' with an 8-degree beam. Whereas the flood with a 90-degree beam would illuminate the area around the back of the Jeep. But, there is an amount of personal preference here as well.

Are the individual lights replaceable?

I wanted to get these 3” cubes and tie into aux switch. Does this set come with everything needed? Are the wires long enough for a ‘21 Gladiator?

No, it does not. If ordered along with a wiring harness, the extension wires could be used and you could modify the harness to use your aux switches instead, but the lights in this kit will not have the needed extension wiring. Thanks for your inquiry.
