Took me a whopping 30 minutes to install. Probably would've been faster but I had to make some taps with a mallet in order to line the holes up just right. (Thank you to whomever left that handy tip! I had mine at the ready!) Just put on some safety goggles if you've been mudding. I washed a lot of dirt out of my eyes. LOL

Over the years I've mounted several after-market hitchs but this one is by far the best. It took me about 20 minutes to do the full job. The frosting on the cake is the supplied wire harness. Rather then have a bunch of loose end wires you have to cut and splice into the factory harness this item plugs right into the matching ends and fastens onto the tailight frame at the factory provided point and all the push-grips line right up to the existing holes. The supplied dust boot is a nice touch to the finished product.

Easy install, took about 20mins, instructions and pictures were clear. Hint: To get the bolts lined up with stock exhaust you must put the had of the bolt between the muffler and heat shield in order to line the bolt up with the holes. I chose this hitch even though it is a little more expensive than some of the no names on other sites. The welded on nuts are a great design. You don't even have to drop the bumper to install, simply slide hitch receiver over the frame and thread bolts in. The only tools you need are a phillips head screwdriver, 18mm wrench, and a pair of wire cutters or knife to get the zip tie undone on the wire loom. Tested the wires afterwards and the brake lights and all work and so does the trailer harness.

This product was very easy to install was a little tricky with the stock exhaust. But got it installed in 30-45 minutes.

This hitch kit is equivalent to the factory hitch, but at a much more reasonable price. Installation is easy. Hitch bolts on.Wire harness plugs in and clips into the frame like the factory wiring.
