Can this be washed in a washing machine?
No, this material is not machine washable. Shake cover to remove dust, hose it off to remove dirt, and spot clean using a mild soap and water.

I have used mirror movers on my 98 TJ so I could remove the doors and keep my mirrors. Will I have to put the mirrors back in the factory position to use this cover properly?
If the mirror movers kept the mirrors mounted on the side of the windshield frame then there should be enough slack to accommodate for that. If they were moved to the face of the windshield they may have to be folded in.

Will this fit an 06 Rubicon Unlimited Hardtop?
No unfortunately this is too short for the Unlimited Wranglers. See 11081.0006 for a cover that is made for your longer Wrangler
