I bought my wrangler used, the soft top is so worn you can't pull it together to match up the velcro. With a new top is there any kind of spray or lubricant to keep it soft, from getting brittle . Where the velcro does not hold anymore.
Protecting Your New Soft Top
To prevent your new top from drying out and getting brittle, you should avoid petroleum-based armor or harsh silicone sprays, which can actually degrade the material over time. Instead, use a specialized UV-blocking protectant spray like 303 Aerospace Protectant (91083-5239 or 91083-5240) or a dedicated care kit like the Bestop (91083-1103) or QuadraTop Soft Top (91083-1113) Cleaning Kits to condition the vinyl and block damaging sun rays. Specific Zipper Lube (91083-4203) will help maintain the zippers as well.
Addressing Worn Velcro
Regarding the Velcro fastener strips losing their grip, sprays or lubricants will not restore worn-out hook-and-loop material once the tiny plastic teeth wear down.

My 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara OEM top has the cable tensioners sown n the top. I wanted to confirm that this top does have the cable tensioners sown in as a part of the top.
Because the QuadraTop Replacement Soft Top is designed as a "direct-fit" for the hardware specific to your Jeep's year, the version for a 2007 model does not have cable tensioners sewn in. It is built to fit the original 2007-2010 non-cable factory frame.

You mentioned to another that for a 2010 you would order the 2010-2018 but mine is an early 2010 made in November 2009 and everyone I talk to says I would need the 2009 because the back window changed in mid production 2010. There is a wider and a narrower option for 2010. Is this the case with your windows? And if i get the 2010-2018 and it does not fit, I assume FREE returns?
The best way to determine what window you have from the factory is to measure it: On the rear window, measure the bottom of your current window; the bottom of the rear window Measures Approximately 44.5" on 07-09 Models or Approximately 51.25” on 2010-2018 Models. Measurement is across the rear window at the bottom heat seal. We'd recommend using the factory to measurements as your guide on how to order a replacement.

In addition to opening to the rear deck does it have the ability to open just part way/sunrider?
Yes, this does have the sunrider feature.

The options are 07-09 or 10-18, but the fitment tab says 07-18. Which one would I need for a 2010 Unlimited?
For a 2010 Jeep JKU, you would order the 2010-2018 option.
