Next to the item you would like to return click the "Return" Button. If no button is available, you are outside of your 45-day return window.

Return Policy

Quadratec offers an industry-leading 45-day return policy. Returns will only be accepted within 45 days from the shipping date, and only if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number has been issued for the product. All returned products must be in new or resalable condition. Returned products cannot be used or damaged, and all components and manufacturer’s documentation must be included. Quadratec reserves the right to refuse any package that is returned to us without authorization or that does not comply with any of the requirements set forth above. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for a return to be processed upon receipt by Quadratec. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be issued in the form of a Quadratec Gift Card and electronically sent to the email on file. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Quadratec unless the original shipment was in error, or a product is defective and being replaced. We advise customers to use UPS, FedEx, or any carrier that provides signature confirmation and insurance when returning an item to Quadratec. Please note that we cannot be held liable for returned packages that are lost or damaged. Additionally, some products are not eligible for a return. Please inspect all products to ensure they were ordered, and shipped, correctly before installing on your vehicle. Quadratec will not reimburse the costs of installation for any product that is replaced or returned.

How to Return a Product

To return a product, log in to your Quadratec account to access your Order History. Click “Details” on the order with the item(s) you wish to return, and then click the "Return Order" button. You can also contact us via chat, email, or by phone 1-800-745-6037. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is REQUIRED to process your return.

An RMA can only be issued after contacting our customer service department or through your online customer account. Returns that have been authorized with an RMA can be returned to the following address:

If your return has not been processed within ten (10) day of receipt by Quadratec, please contact us so we can assess the status of your return.

Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or a different product from the one you ordered, please log in to your Quadratec account to access your Order History. Click ‘Details” on the order with the item(s) you wish to return, and then click the “Return Order” button. You can also contact us via chat, email, or by phone at 1-800-745-6037. We will issue an RMA number which is required to process your return. We will replace the damaged, defective, or incorrect product and process your return at no charge. Please inspect all products to ensure they were ordered, and shipped, correctly before installing on your vehicle. Quadratec will not reimburse the costs of installation for any product that is replaced or returned. Products eligible to be replaced will only be replaced with the identical product. We do not allow exchanges or returns for different products.

If the order has been damaged during shipping, we will request photos of the damage so that we can file a damage claim with our carrier. We will issue you a replacement order after inspection of the damage. If we send you a replacement product, we will provide a FedEx Return label to return the original product back to us.

If for any other reason you need to return an item, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please check all merchandise for damage or defect upon receipt of your order, and before the item is used or installed.

Replacement Orders

If we send you a replacement order (when an original order is wrong, damaged, or defective), you have 45 days to return that original product back to us. If you do not ship the original product back to us within 45 days, you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement product, and we will not be able to refund you the cost of the original product.

Missing Shipments

On rare occasions, packages may become lost or misdirected during the shipping process.

If the package has not shown any movement after seven (7) business days, and you think your package has been lost in transit, contact us (link to contact us page) and we will file a trace with the shipping company. We need to give the carrier time to locate and deliver your package

Missing packages shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not considered lost by the Military Postal Service until 60 days after shipping.

If your package shows delivered, please check around your house, with your neighbors and with the front desk where applicable.

Freight Shipments

It is essential you thoroughly inspect all LTL truck freight shipments for damage, missing items, and product accuracy upon delivery. If any issues are identified upon receipt, please refuse the shipment before signing. We will provide a checklist for you on the package to be completed upon arrival (download checklist). Additionally, we will email you a copy of this checklist to the email on file with the order. Once you have signed for a freight shipment, it cannot be returned to Quadratec.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless you are submitting a warranty or a shipping damage claim, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Quadratec gift cards
  • Used items
  • Installed items
  • Custom built items
  • Wheels that have (or had) tires mounted on them. This includes wheels that Quadratec has mounted on tires. Both the wheels and tires are non-returnable.
  • Moldable sheet metal products
  • Body parts, body tubs, and body kits
  • Hand held programmers
  • Items damaged from LTL truck shipments – IF SIGNED FOR
  • Items that have been modified in any way from their original condition
