This kit installed easily and is an effective alternative to the clunky mechanical linkage on your Jeep Wrangler TJ.

Original shift lever simply locked up...went with the Novak conversion kit....relatively easy install....smooth operation. Nice replacement option.

Amazing. I wish this was the first mod I made. I have an ax15, so I had to clearance the bracket supplied by maybe 1/16" to clear the boss on the trans. Get this and never look back.

Good quality product and installation was easy enough. Between the written instructions and some tips from a YouTube video from bleepin jeep, it was smooth sailing. Toughest part was getting the skid plate bolts out. Highly adjustable and pretty easy all around. 99 TJ AX15 transmission with NP231 TC

The factory shifter is clunky and worse if you lower the transfer case for a lift. I put this in my jeep in about an hour. Shifting is so smooth now and if you are a do it yourself jeep owner, disconnecting it from the transfer case takes a few seconds. One of the best upgrades I have made to my jeep next to the slip yoke eliminator kit. Well worth the money.

Overall great product. Pretty simple to install yourself but the instructions could of had better pictures and possibly had base line adjustments for each vehicle. My XJ didn’t ever want to stay in 4 low and I figured I would give this a try and after 2-3 attempts on adjustments she works smoothly every time. Couldn’t ask for a better alternative to the poor Jeep design. Good job Novak

Great addition to the TJ, factory linkage doesn't work so well after you lift your jeep. Very easy install, I would recommend watching a few videos on this before you take it on
