Owned for 2 years really good winch for cost until wireless remote quit working 6 months ago. Began using with wire which was good until 2 weeks ago and will not winch out. Still will go in but hard to get in free spool to pull out. Will contact smittybuilt to see how they will respond. I will update and if it is not good will buy warn. Love quadratec great service and support. Will have hated to waste money. High hopes smittybuilt will do right thing.
