Reviews for Truck-Lite Heated LED Headlight Kit for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
As others note, the LED lights are a huge improvement over the stock head lights. They are a 30 minute install with only a couple hand tools. The heated elements is a must in snow country. Only ding on them is the un-even light pattern they cast on the road. On low-beam, there is a nice bright spot in the center of the road (good). The road just in front of the jeep gets a broad, but spotty coverage.
Installed on my 2009 JKU in February and these are a huge upgrade over the factory lights. Living in NW Ohio heated LED's are a must in my area with the amount of snowfall and ice. The heating element worked great during two snowfalls and had no snow or ice build up on the lens when the lights are activated. These lights along with the quadratic LED fog lights provide a nice, wide pattern when driving on the country roads. The only annoyance I had at first with the Truck-lite LED's was "X" pattern but I have gotten used to it and doesn't really bug me as much anymore. That's why I still give these lights a five star rating. The positives far out weight that one negative.
Installed on a 2010 jku and it is world of difference over the factory lights, will definitely recommend these to everyone .
I installed these on my 2013 JKU and they are a huge improvement from the stock headlights. Very simple installation and they fit perfectly. The heated LED's are a must in my area given significant ice and snowfall, but it's only October so I've yet to need the heating element.
I am not getting a flicker. But the lights sometimes turn on and sometimes not
I bought these and installed them and they projected a square. I contacted rigid directly and the person that helped me was super nice to replace them because they were defected. I bought them from 4 wheel parts. Got the new lights in installed them and there’s still a square projecting. So sad considering the money I paid for these. Never again, the quality is great but these lights suck and I can’t wait for them the run out so I can get new ones. I had got these because my pro comps the brights kept turning on so was hoping with spending more money these would be better and they weren’t. ): I would post pics but it doesn’t let me.
