Way too thick for my 2008. I ended up spending 3 hours sanding 2 down since I had the door off. Not sure what I'm going to do for the other 3 doors. Worked ok after tons of work. They may fit better with newer models.

The bushings are way too big to fit in the hinge holes. I even tried filing the hole to make them fit but no luck. Waste of $60 for the worst product that I have ever purchased from Quadratec! To make things worse I can’t return them because I waited to long to install them! Save your money and buy ones not made by Quadratec!

The bushings are fine. The removal tool and removal method are no good. Alternatively, I cannot get a 1/2" drill bit in there to drill them out. Needs better method of old bushing removal.

Whenever forum groups talk about "name a mod you regret," these Delrin bushings will now be at the top my list. Concept and design is there, but the time, effort, cursing, and inevitable damage involved with the installation greatly outweighs any benefits. A SORT OF noticeable smoothness in the door opening vs. all four of my front door hinged now having chipped paint = wow, no thanks.

I had my eye on these for a while because my factory bushings were showing wear, and eventually pulled the trigger due to pandemic time at home mixed with a little retail therapy, but I really wish I skipped on this one. I'm in the process of contacting customer service now about getting a refund.

Only lasted 18 months

Followed instructions and polished door pins for test fit. Polished for two hours on one door and could not get the delrin bushing to fit. I used some sand paper and began removing metal from hinge pins and still could not get bushing to pass test fit. Put factory bushings back in and hinge pins have a visible gap from "removal of buildup" and i still could not get bushings to go on door pins. Would not recommend to anyone.

I am very disappointed in this product. After wrestling with seized doors the last thing I wanted to do was deal with bushings that inconsistently fit into the door jam and on the door pins. After following the instructions the bushings still did not fit consistently into my doors jams. I tried moving the bushings to different jams but that led to an inconsistent fit on the door pins. Either way, I was screwed. The price and materials are appealing when you compare these bushings to OEM parts however I'll take replacing bushings every few years to avoid what I am afraid is ahead of me when I try to remove the doors next week. I caution anyone considering these bushings.

Terribly difficult to try to hammer in the bushing remover tool (upside down by the way) to remove the old bushings. Plus the bushing remover tool was misshaped by the hammer blows. And it pushed my hinges off kilter and I had to realign those. I passed my return window otherwise I’d get my money back. Also terrible deal for $60. Really? Eight plastic tubes, a metal slug, and two strips of sandpaper? What was I thinking?
