Still good radio pick up might lose 10% range, but I Used to take my stock antennae off before trail rides, now it is out of my mind, don’t have to worry about low branches hitting the antenna.

I got the 9 inch one. Works exactly as stock for me. I got tired of the stock one whipping around while on trails and decided to get a stubby one. No signal drop and all my stations come in loud and clear and I live in the middle of nowhere. Doesn’t bend or deform at Highway speeds either.

Nice addition and don't have to take this one off when going thru the car wash. Reception is still excellent.

I still pick up the only rock station where I live when I tried it out driving around but I wanted a short antenna 6 inch. I don’t listen to the radio any way I use usb or pandora

Aweome! Simplest and greatest upgrade dollar for dollar!! Zero issues with reception. I highly recommended this over the OEM whip that comes on these. Changes the entire look for the better.
