TBH I was going to go with one of the tube step models for $100 cheaper. I can't emphasize this enough, pay the extra for these!!! They are extremely well made and weigh a ton. It took me about 2 hours to install them by myself. I used a jack stand to hold one end while I slipped a 10mm hex screw through the pinch seam on the other side. Once I had a 10mm hex screw in each end I didn't need any additional support.

Now, everything installed great except the rear 16mm bolt. I have an 08 Unlimited and I have no doubt small changes are made on the assembly line every so often. Quadratec can't account for everything, but basically the bolt hole was mostly sealed with some goop. When I cleared it it was obvious neither of the two heavy bolt options included would fit. The hole was too small. I plan on drilling out the frame rail and installing the 16mm hex bolt on each side this summer since they included nut plates for the 16mm bolt.

Even so, you wouldn't notice that the third bolt wasn't installed. No rattling, vibrating, etc. This is one of the BEST upgrades I have done. My 3 year old can get into the Jeep all by herself now. She and my wife might be more excited than I am!

Look nice and function well as a side step. I havent been out wheeling with them yet but it seems like they will offer decent protection to the rockers.

These side steps are very well made and the finished is a really nice textured finish. They mount to the Jeep the exact same way the stock plastic side steps mount. The fit and finish of these is very nice.

Straight forward installation. Got it done in about an hour. They look great. Had to reach out to customer service on the Chat Line to take care of an issue related to shipping. They were all over it!

Very sturdy. Took me about 2 hours to install.They don't stick out a lot, which great for me, as I don't need the step, but my friends who do need it can now get in easily. Very happy and with them and my Wrangler looks complete now.

These steps are very well made and arrived in perfect condition and packaged well. Easy to install, just follow the instructions provided. They look great and have held up extremely well. Love the way the look and the way they function.

Nicely built side sides / armory... nice welds and finish.... took be 2hrs to install with no fuss... probably could of finished faster but installed them myself... The steps are solid really become one with the JKU...

Installed easily, look great and are super sturdy.
