Reviews for Quadratec QRC Side Armor with Step for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK

I was impressed with the quality of this side armor especially for the price. It arrived a week ahead of their projected date which I was happy about. The box was a bit beat up from shipping but aside from one of the bolt tabs being slightly bent everything else was in good shape.
It took my dad and I about 2 hours to install them which included removing the stock Rubicon rock sliders. The powder coating is good on them but not as non-skid as I would like so I’ll probably spray a coat of non-skid on the steps before winter. I did install the hardware with anti-seize so I can easily remove them when I need to. Over all I love the look, feel and functionality of them. Highly recommend them.

Easy install at around 1 hour, of which 20 minutes were spent removing my Rubi Rock Rails. Nice and solid, and the fit was perfect. Everything lined up and bolted right on. Nice wide steps and solid armor rails below....the best of both Worlds!

Pain in the butt to put on. But glad i bought them. Enjoy having them. Not sure they mention that they are reversible and can be put on upside down as rocker guards. They are solid and sturdy. Very nice

2017 JK I Ordered them within three days I put them on my jeep fast shipping was the the Key and they look great (You do need help my help was a floor jack with a piece of wood long as the side Armor step work out great)
