Is this the bumper/swing that I can get the cargo rack for on top of and the can holers?

I see the provision for locking the jack but is there anything to lock the carrier so it doesn't swing out while driving? (In case someone tries to be cute. I'd never forget to secure it....) Also, will this work with a 4" body lift? Thank you.
There is a lever on the outer driver side to release the tire carrier. This does not lock, but it is compatible with a body lift.

does this have a 2" receiver? It loks flush... how do you anchor anything to it?
Hello, there is a 2" receiver built into this bumper. It is meant as a recovery point only and is not tow rated. The hole for the pin is behind the bumper. Thank you for your question.
