At first glance this is the most beautiful and well designed piece of kit to actually make your roll cage useful in your jeep...and then you try installing it...

I'm no stranger to complex modifications on just about anything. I do almost all of my own work and understand that almost nothing fits perfect right out of the box. Everything needs a little tweaking. This kit was so messed up you would have to cut and re-weld parts of it to make it fit. The jigs were off at the factory and QC didn't catch it. I sent pictures to Smittybilt and they agreed there was no way to fix all the problems with my kit. They said they would ship me out a warranty replacement...That was over 2 months ago. Every time I call them they are very nice but keep telling me the units are still a week out. Customer service is only good if you can provide the customer with a product. At this point I don't know what to do. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
