Does this come with the mounting hardware? Or will I have to order that separately?

You will either reuse existing hardware currently on the Jeep or replacement hardware will need to be purchased seperately.

Hi, I have a 05 Wrangler TJ, all original, just wondering these shocks are fit for my Jeep ?
Thanks.

The first option selection in the drop down menu for stock ride 0" lift height to 1.5" of lift will be a compatible for your stock Jeep suspension. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have a black diamond 3in lift. Will these shocks be at their limits. Would 3-6 in shocks be a better choice or just a stiffer ride. 2003 tj

2-3" selection would be correct unless your lift was 3.5" and greater. Thanks for your inquiry,
Jacinto R.

Hi I have a 98 XJ and I have a 3.5 in lift what shock will be best for the my jeep and I do most road driving to commute to work.

16116-0412 called out for 3.5-4" of lift would be correct for your application. This Hydro shock will have better road manners for daily driving than a Nitro shock will for most drivers. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have a 2006 Rubicon Unlimited that has a Rubicon Express lift installed by the previous owner. My front springs are 15 inches and my rear springs are 11.75 inches; according to charting, this would translate to a 3 inch lift. The Maximum Duty Hydro 7.0 Shock Kit has a choice of sizes 2-3 or 3-4.5 inches of lift. Which would be the better choice? The existing shocks are all seeping and unreliable and am not confident that measurements from these would be valid.

If most of you driving is on road, the 2-3" sizing should be more appropriate. If your driving demands more shock travel, go larger with appropriate extended bump stops. Thanks for your inquiry.

For a 00 Wrangler with no lift, used for cruising, not very much off road at all, would you recommend the Hydro or Nitro shocks?

Hydro will be the best for daily road comfort.

The installation instructions call for using a vice to put the rear shock mounting bars into the bushings. Do the rear shocks come with the mounting bars?

The bar pins for shock mounting are included. Thanks for your inquiry.
