Do these wheels come with lug nuts? If not what black lug nuts should be purchased?
Lug nuts at not included. We do offer black Quadratec brand lug nuts. Part # 92806.9023 or 92806.9008 or 92806.9010 among others, depending on the year/model of your Jeep.

It will rub on the lower control arms, the sway bar links, and the fender flares at full steering wheel lock.
