Will this bumper accept the factory fog lights?
It will as long as you are equipped with factory fog lamps for the plastic molded bumper options. It does not fit fog lights from JK and JL metal bumper options. Thanks for your inquiry.

No, sorry you cannot. The D-ring tabs are designed for recovery circumstances only. This bumper may have proper clearance for use with a tow bar base plate system though we have not specifically tested it. Thanks for your inquiry.
