My 2024 Rubicon X was rear-ended recently and the spare tire hanger was badly damaged and needs to be replaced. What I need is the large, aluminum mount that the spare wheel bolts onto. Does this kit include this part?

So I just got oof the phone with a customer serive representative and they told me that I can just buy this mounting kit and it will work for now for my 35 inch tire and if I decided down the line that I needed the hinge kit could do that later?
It is not recommended. The hinges and latch are not designed to carry the weight of oversized tires and wheels. You risk damage to the Jeep not using the hinge reinforcement kit.

For tires over the factory 33" tires you will need both, to support the weight and to position the tire to clear the bumper.
