Easy installation and cheaper than the Mopar factory winch plate. Fit perfectly with the Mopar factory steel bumper. Minor modifications required to the skid plate holes after install due to the extra spacers between the bumper and frame.

Not nearly as much a pain in the butt to install as I thought it would be. Took about 60 mins by myself. Have used for the past 12 months with no problems at all.

The description says it fits stock bumpers so I didn't have to buy a new bumper and fog lights,... yet.

Installed on 2021 JLU Rubicon. The factory front skid plate brackets needed a welded on nut removed. There are two of those nut that are not being used. Only one needs removal. I did not have to modify the rear holes on the factory skid plate. When installing the factory skid plate leave the front fasteners loose and the rear should line up. Overall extremely happy with the fit.
