These lights have a background glow requiring power when the fog light is off. I understand the item has a T-tap connector to harness power from another source but that source has not been made clear. Are there instructions on where to connect the background power connector for best fitment? Youtube vidoes skip over this part. My jeep is a 2024 wrangler rubicon. Thank you.
Connect the backlight power wire to a fused 12V source to trigger the backlight feature (i.e. parking light or side marker); T-Taps are included for this purpose. Check local laws and regulations for on-road use of the backlight feature. NOTE: The power source must be fused. Do not connect directly to the vehicle battery. Thanks for your inquiry.
