Mopar 2" Lift Kit Reviews
2021 4 Door Rubicon. Excellent fit! Took my son and I about 6 hours to do the front but we were taking our time so we didn't mess anything up. We are both experienced, I'm not a pro but have about 35 years of doing auto work, my son has about 7 years. I did the rear by myself in 2 1/2 hours since it was much easier. The only "difficult" part was getting the front springs in. I think I didn't have enough height on the jack stands and the axle couldn't drop enough. But we got them in. The only odd thing was the Fox Shocks had a collar on the bottom part and interfered with the stab link installation. I took it off and it worked fine. Overall, love the look of the lift and it was Mopar parts.
Easy to install. Factory fit. On my JL Unlimited Sport Altitude, I got almost 4”.

Questions

Compatibility with your 2023 Jeep Wrangler
RHD (Right-Hand Drive) Considerations: While these kits are engineered for the JL platform, the Mopar JPP lift kits are generally specified for North American LHD (Left-Hand Drive) models. Because RHD models have different steering components (such as the track bar and drag link configuration) to accommodate the right-side steering box, you should consult with a specialized off-road shop or a dealer that handles RHD conversions before installation. It is possible that the provided sway bar links or track bar components may require adjustment or aftermarket alternatives to clear RHD-specific steering geometry.
Wheel/Tire Fitment: This lift kit is fully compatible with your stock 18-inch wheels. The kit is designed to maintain factory ride characteristics while providing the clearance needed for larger tires. If you choose to keep your stock tires, the lift will simply provide a taller stance and increased suspension articulation.

Physically, the Mopar 2" Lift Kit is fully compatible with a 2026 Wrangler JL Rubicon 4-Door with the 3.6L engine, provided a few key details are kept in mind:
Sway Bar Link Hardware (The 2024+ Update): Jeep updated the factory front sway bar link bolt holes on 2024+ models to a larger 14mm size (compared to 12mm on 2018–2023 models). Because you selected the Bilstein shock version, the kit includes the appropriate hardware bushings/sleeves to accommodate both sizes correctly.
Rubicon Net Lift Height: Because the Rubicon trim sits slightly higher from the factory than a Sport or Sahara, a 2-inch Mopar kit will net you closer to 1 inch of actual additional height over your stock Rubicon baseline.
Xtreme Recon Exception: If your 2026 Rubicon came equipped from the factory with the Xtreme Recon (XR) package (35-inch tires), the vehicle already includes a factory 1.5-inch suspension lift, meaning this kit would only provide about 0.5 inches of extra lift, which sometimes causes part catalog databases to throw a fitment warning.

Here is why it happens and what you can look out for:
The Geometry Cause: When a Jeep JL is lifted, the factory rear control arms and track bar swing through an arc that pushes the axle slightly sideways and rotates the spring perches relative to each other. This can cause the rear coil springs to develop a slight bow or "banana" shape under certain loads or at full droop.
Contact with Bump Stop Extensions: Because of this bow, some owners notice the rear coils coming close to or lightly making contact with the factory bump stop extensions or lower perches.
Solutions / Adjustments: While minor bowing under extreme articulation is relatively common with many suspension kits on the JL platform and rarely causes structural failure, owners experiencing severe contact often look into aftermarket adjustable lower control arms or rear spring correction wedges/pads to realign the spring perches and restore vertical spring geometry.
