The Mopar Remote Keyless Entry Exterior Door Handle is a replacement for JL Wranglers and Gladiators that are equipped from the factory with the remote entry system. If your original handles are broken or malfunctioning, fix them with factory original parts. These are guaranteed to install easily and operate like the original, with factory wiring connector for plug and play operation.
Note: This is a replacement part and not an upgrade.

I have a 2020 JT that came with keyless entry, but just the standard handles. Can this handle be installed in place of the standard handle and work with the factory keyless entry that my JT is already equipped with?
You would have to check inside the door behind the handle that is in position. If there is a wiring harness with an abandoned plug in that region then yes these will work. You will also need to check with a dealership to check your VIN and make sure that the sales code GXD is activated.
