My jeep is a 2008 unlimited sport utility without cruise control currently (also right-hand drive). Would installing this provide cruise control or would I need other wiring accessories?
This is merely a replacement, Cruise Control cannot be added to a non-equipped vehicle. There are other modules and systems that are required to operate that system.
