PIAA'S G3 LED Bulbs use the higher output CREE XP-L chips that have a wider viewing angle than the current performance LED bulbs. In addition, the LED chips sit on a thinner board that places the light source more toward the center of the column to replicate the precise location of a standard halogen filament. The combination of these two innovative designs, allows the G3 LEDs to increase beam intensity and provide continuous light distribution throughout the beam. The redesigned fan on the G3 LED creates a vacuum effect which delivers 70% more airflow than the previous design. A newer controller addresses Pulse Width Modulation to prevent flickering or hyper flashing for most vehicles. PIAA offers a 5-year warranty for peace of mind.

Upgraded LED Chips: CREE XP-L chips provide up to 50% more light output than previous models along with a wider viewing angle. The improved viewing angle effectively fills the light housings creating a sharp beam pattern with amplified coverage and distance with no dead spots.

Slim Bulb Column: G3 bulbs utilizes factory housings much more effectively with the thinned down main column which places the LED chips closer to the location of a filament in a halogen bulb. This design produces a seamless beam pattern with no dead spots or light scatter.

Pulse Width Modulation Controllers: G3 bulbs have a built in Pulse Modulation Control. This new feature eliminates the annoying flickering sensation in most vehicles when lower voltage is used in daytime running light mode.

Cooling Fan: Computer designed fins are placed in an exact location on the fan to keep the LEDs running cool and at optimal light output. The cooler the LED chips are, the longer they will work at maximum light output.

Plug and Play Connectors: G3 LED bulbs will fit perfectly into factory light sockets with no splicing, cutting, or soldering needed. All the G3 bulbs are outfitted with factory bulb connections making installation quick and easy as possible.
