Poison Spyder Bruizer Front Bumper Reviews
Solid bumper, easy to follow installation instructions, and perfect fit. I haven’t purchased the winch yet, so I used the fairhead mounting holes to reinstall my license plate; looks clean.
Just to get straight to the point, I really like this bumper but would advise if you are planning on getting the skid plate, the cube lights, and the winch, get them and put it all together at once. Some odd reason I thought I'd take the bumper off(because I was impatient) and put the parts on after putting the bumper by itself. The bumper bolts gave me issues putting it back on since the temp washers that hold the bumper bolts were worn on the drivers side and wouldn't hold the bolts in place causing them when fitting the bumper back on after installing the rigid cube lights and the skid plate to fall back into the bumper. I had to try to refit the bumper probably 10+ times with help, and finally took one of the good temp washes and put it in place of the worn out ones. Lets just say I'm not taking the bumper off again since after putting all of the parts on the bumper weighed way more than I should've been lifting and fitting by myself. Going to need some touch-up paint to cover up the scratches on skid now since it was getting rested on my garage stool that had some bolts that shouldn't have scratched it like as if i was dragging it over the rocks.
Looking forward to installing the last piece, the winch and then it'll be complete.
Only thing is the gap between the bumper and the grill that sticks out to me, but I imagine the winch will fill in that space.
Good solid bumper, premium price point. Winch plate is pretty thin and instructions are not very good with photos completely blacked out. Looks like they were a copy of a copy...etc. Winch plate brackets did not fit properly. Finish is very good at a medium gloss black. Let's see how it holds up. Solid welds and solid shackle points. Bumper studs are at least 1/2 inch to short and do not fillet the nuts completely.
