With 5.2" of backspacing the wheel and tire extend to the edge of the factory fender flare on Wrangler JK's and slightly past the factory fender flares on Wrangler JL's. i have a 2021 rubicon will these wheels stick out past the fender well if so how much?
Factory Rubicon wheels for the JL generally have a 44mm offset, which translates to roughly a 5.2 to 5.3-inch backspace depending on the exact rim width (with factory Rubicon alloy wheels typically sitting at 7.5 inches wide). Because these Quadratec wheels are 8.5 inches wide (a full inch wider than standard OE wheels) while keeping that same ~5.2-inch backspace, that extra inch of width is split across the centerline—pushing the outer edge of the wheel and tire outward by about half an inch.
On a standard JL or non-Rubicon trim, that minor change sits pretty flush, but because your Rubicon already has the wider high-clearance fenders, the wheel and tire package will line up almost dead-even with the outer edge of the flare rather than poking out wildly.

are the bright screws on the outside edge stainless or chrome plated? will they corrode in salt, etc...?
The bright accents on the outer edge of the Quadratec Hardrock II Wheel are simulated beadlock bolts. These are decorative bolt heads integrated into the wheel's design rather than functional, removable hardware. They are stainless steel on high-quality alloy wheels to resist the elements.
Corrosion in Salt: These wheels feature a durable painted and clear-coated finish designed to protect the alloy and accents from road salt and winter conditions. However, like any aftermarket wheel with a "simulated" look, the crevices around the bolt heads can trap salt, brake dust, and moisture.
Maintenance Tip: To prevent any surface pitting or "tea staining" in salted regions, it is highly recommended to wax or seal the wheels before winter and rinse them thoroughly after exposure to road salt.

Can these but put on WK2 platform?
While the Quadratec Hardrock II Wheel shares the same bolt pattern as the Grand Cherokee WK2, and technically you could, it is not a recommended fitment for that platform due to significant differences in offset and backspacing.
