Quadratec QRC Side Armor with Step in Smoke Bronze Metallic Finish for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK

Initially formulated to commemorate the Jeep’s 75th anniversary in 2016, Chrysler’s marketing team rolled out several special Anniversary Edition models with distinctive trim. Among the details was a specialized smoke bronze colored trim package offered on higher end Wranglers with off-road stamped steel bumpers. A team of chemists and color experts formulated the unique textured Smoke Bronze metallic coating using mica flakes to create a multi-dimensional effect in the coating. When viewed from different angles, the color can take on a slightly different appearance. This authentic Smoke Bronze textured powder coating is now available on select Quadratec bumpers and accessories and is the same USA made powder that is used at the OEM level. Quadratec Side Armor Guards are a fully welded one piece design using 2” diameter x .105” thick mandrel bent steel tubing. The aggressively styled QRC Armor Guards bolt directly to the vehicle using the existing mounting points providing maximum off road protection. There’s no drilling or modifications required. Fully welded metal construction features end caps that are ground and polished smooth for a finished look while sealing out moisture and preventing internal rusting. QRC Side Armor Guards feature a dual tube girder construction that’s gusseted together with notched and fully welded tubing for maximum strength. The dimple die treads add strength and rugged looks while providing a useful entry step. Installation is easy with our included hardware pack and detailed instructions.
