The 2021 Gladiator Mojave doesn't have a threaded hole on either side of the bed is there a bolt and washer for these ir what do I need to do?
There do not appear to be restrictions for Mojave. If something appears different from installation instructions, take photos and contact customer support at 800-745-6037 for further troubleshooting assistance. Sorry for any difficulties.

Can I drive with the cover in the up position?
Yes you can. Just make sure it is secured so wind doesn't unroll it and flaps in the wind.
