The price for this product is extremely fair. It fit's snug up against the back seat, and allows the tailgate to open and close freely which is nice for when your out shopping and running errands. you can also lock your tailgate and this cover will keep honest people out. You also need a tailgate bar. That's probably why this cover is so inexpensive. But again, it's tight, no flap, and keeps the water out if you get caught in the rain.

The cover is nice however you should let customers know you need a tailgate retaining bar.

Will this (or any tonneau covers) work with the rear seat folded upright? I am thinking this might work but, it just won't be as "Smooth" looking/might have to use some sort of strap extenders.
Unfortunately, we don't currently have any tonneau covers for a two-door vehicles that allow the rear seats to be in an upright position.
