The Sony XAV-AX7000 High Power Media Receiver lives up to the “high power” name. With a 4 x 100w power output and 10-band graphic equalizer, this 2 DIN 7” touch-screen stereo packs a punch. Because of Sony’s proprietary high-power circuit, the AX7000 will allow you to run a subwoofer and speakers without needing an additional amplifier. The 2 rear mounted USB port allows you to easily access Apple CarPlay’s navigation, communication, and music features. Sony’s AX7000 also supports Siri on iOS devices for calling, messages, navigation, and audio controls. For improved visibility, the AX7000’s features an antiglare film. You will get absolutely everything you need for an easy, professional looking install including a dash mount kit and our easy plug n play wiring harness. With this harness, there’s absolutely no need to cut or splice any wiring. The built-in amplifiers in Jeeps with factory subwoofers use a digital signal to set fade. Once installed, you will not be able to use your aftermarket stereo to adjust fade. Models without factory subwoofers are not affected.

Apple car play for my 2012 … could give the five stars just for that. Put in a dual usb outlet in the cig lighter / 12v hole and moved wires elsewhere to power rock lights with an on off switch behind the glove box door. Looks factory clean with the kit, a bit of effort required to make satellite work. Bass to at another level from original factory radio with the stock sub-woofer.

Why did it take me so long to add Apple Car Play to my 2015 Jeep... Easy to install, looks and sounds great. I also replaced my cigarette lighter with USB ports I found on Amazon to make it even more functional.

I'm thinking of getting this, however, does it work with satellite-Serius? Or do I have to purchase more parts, or a different unit?

I ordered this radio and wiring harness for the 2010 JKU with subwoofer. I’m not a “radio” guy and I count 2 speakers in the lower dash, 2 small speakers on top in the corners of the dash, 2 speakers overhead plus the subwoofer in the back. All factory. Will this radio be able to power all speakers? Will I need additional equipment? Thank you for your help.

My 2015 Jeep Wrangler does not have a USB port in the center console, is our only option to fish the wire into the glove box and access from there?
