Interface Module: Since the JK Wrangler does not come with a backup camera from the factory, the OEM navigation system needs to be activated for a camera. Stinger Off-Road includes an Interface module with their Backup Camera Kit. Not only will this module allow you to utilize a backup camera, but it will also provide an additional A/V input and output. You will also be able to enter GPS locations while the Jeep is in motion (for passenger use only).
Backup Camera: The Stinger Off-Road Backup Camera Kit helps eliminate blind spots with its 170-degree viewing angle. With a IP67 waterproof rating, the camera can operate in all weather conditions.
User Friendly Design: Installation is 100% plug-and-play for the Stinger Off-Road Backup Camera Kit. For ease of use, the camera feature tri-color parking guidelines.

Stinger Off-Road Backup Camera Kit Reviews
I’ve had this camera installed for over a year now and it has been great!
Questions

Whether it works with your swing-out tire mount depends on the mount's design and how much wiring slack you need:
Compatibility with Swing-Out Mounts
Mounting Plate: If your swing-out carrier has a standard 5x5 bolt pattern (the same as your JK's wheel lugs), the camera bracket should physically fit between the carrier and the spare tire.
Wiring for Swing-Outs: Because your mount is not connected to the tailgate, it likely swings on a separate hinge (often attached to the bumper). You will need to ensure there is enough wiring slack at that hinge point to allow the carrier to swing fully open without tensioning or pinching the camera cable.
Fixed Center Hub: This kit is designed to peek through the center opening of your wheel. If your swing-out mount has a solid center or uses a large "T-handle" to secure the tire, it may block the camera's view.
