What It's All About:
Quadratec is currently recruiting and interviewing for a knowledgeable and reliable Part Time Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will support the Management Team and report directly to the Director of People. The position will be seated in our Corporate Offices and is not open to remote work.
How you ask?
- Manage the front desk/reception operations, acting as the first point of contact for guests, employees, candidates, and vendors onsite
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, email correspondence, faxing, filing, scanning, mailings and deliveries, and coordinating meeting rooms, Zoom calls and assisting with executive calendars.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail daily
- Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements, stocking supply stations
- Schedule travel and create itineraries for guests of Quadratec
- Maintain high level of confidentiality of all company information and documents
- Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need!
Not everyone can be an Administrative Assistant. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Education: High School Diploma
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including ability to answer telephones in a professional and timely manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Time management and organizational skills
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual with a friendly and energetic personality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
