What It's All About:
The Quadratec team comes to work every day with the goal of helping Jeep enthusiasts modify and repair their vehicles. We receive and ship thousands of packages every week. We are looking for a driven leader to supervise our action-oriented Receiving Team responsible for processing and managing our inbound inventory.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervising and managing the team overseeing inbound shipments
- Ensuring accuracy of quantity, quality, and condition of received goods
- Reconciling incoming inventory against purchase orders/packing slips and promptly resolving discrepancies
- Continuously optimizing receiving processes to maximizing efficiency, accuracy, and flow of materials into the facility
- Recording transactions in one or more IT systems while maintaining up-to-date inventory records and system integrity
- Championing workplace safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies
- Collaborating with our Purchasing, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams
- Investigating and addressing vendor errors, damaged goods, and non-compliance issues; communicate with suppliers as necessary
- Managing receiving dock schedules and space utilization to prevent congestion and ensure timely unloading of goods
What You’ll Need:
We are looking for high-energy enthusiasts with:
Experience: Fulfillment, operations, and/or receiving experience required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Management experience a BIG plus
- Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Consistent attention to detail and quality
