What It's All About:
Quadratec is currently recruiting and interviewing for a knowledgeable and reliable Photographer to join our fast-paced team. Ideal candidates will work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. Ultimately, you’ll help us improve our company’s reputation and drive growth.
How you ask?
- Create Product Detail photography content for all Quadratec platforms.
- Provide support to lifestyle photography projects, location projects, assist fellow photo team members as needed.
- Photograph Quadratec events as needed. (May involve some weekends)
- Meet the challenges of daily deadlines, resolve problems and complete tasks on time.
- Compose shots and ensure consistency based on established standards, style guides and procedures.
- Maintain our high standards through accurately replicating product finishes and vehicle colors
- Actively participate in marketing/photography meetings, brainstorm sessions, and collaborate with our marketing team.
- Work cross functionally with other departments, coordinating resources
- Maintain a positive-proactive stance when challenges & obstacles arise.
- Be a proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Embrace an efficiency-focused mindset
- Remain open to feedback and continued growth & development.
- Have a passion for Jeeps and photography.

What You'll Need!
Not everyone can be an Photographer. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:
- Experience: 3-5 years of product, e-commerce, studio photography experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field OR Associates degree with relevant work experience
- Skills: You must have a high business ethic with a solid knowledge of content writing and the ability to measure performance.
Let’s add in a little extra too just to make it fun!
- Experienced with Nikon camera systems, Profoto lighting systems, Mac platform, Adobe LR & PS, BR, Microsoft Office 365 suites and workflow apps like Monday.com.
- Elevated level of technical lighting skills, especially symmetrical & asymmetrical studio strobe systems.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of people across departments to ensure business goals & objectives are met.
- Detail-oriented in work and communication with strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload with tight deadlines
- Dedication and passion for the company and marketing department’s goals
- A desire to learn from teammates and to constantly grow your skill set
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task with flexibility.
- Solid Problem solving, analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift / move heavy objects while following all safety procedures.
- Ability & willingness to work (some) weekends when needed to meet business needs
