The fabric is 30-oz. triple-layer Black Twill that has superior durability to other fabrics used on Jeep® soft tops. This is the same Black Twill fabric that's found on high-end sports and luxury cars like BMW and Rolls Royce. It features a smooth wrinkle-resistant appearance and contains no PVC's. The new fabric is much more flexible with a softer feel and superior cold-weather performance even when compared to sailcloth fabric. The industry-leading 40-mil, D.O.T. approved vinyl side and rear windows have 31% tint to help keep interior cooler in warm weather. With the multilayer material and thicker windows the Trektop NX offers you the quietest ride possible in a soft top Jeep. Removable and replaceable side and rear windows feature top of the line YKK scoop count zippers as well as extended surface heat-sealing for strength and protection from climate extremes. The top uses 135 gauge polyester industrial thread throughout with finished seams for lifelong durability.
