Description
The new JK Tire Carrier uses a chassis-mounted pivot and has a tailgate-synchronized swing-out design. It can be easily opened with one hand, and takes the weight off of the tailgate. Plus, the unique anti-vibration design keeps things quiet on and off the trail. Can accommodate up to a 40" spare tire. Rear Bumper required for installation.

I have the warn elite rear bumper with tire carrier and I also have the high lift jack mount, my question is i need the bolts that secure the lift to the mount , the bumper is on my 08 jk
For the WARN Elite Series Rear Tire Carrier (P/N 89800) on your 2008 JK, the specific Hi-Lift Jack Mount is P/N 90030.
According to the official WARN installation instructions for that mount, the hardware you need to secure the jack to the bracket consists of the following components:
Threaded Knobs (Qty 2): These are the primary fasteners that secure the jack to the mount. They are large plastic-headed knobs with threaded studs that allow for tool-free removal of the jack.
Clamp Tab (Qty 1): This is a specific metal tab (WARN P/N 90033) that works with one of the threaded knobs to "sandwich" the jack's beam against the mount.
Foot Clamp (Qty 1): A bracket (WARN P/N 90029) that secures the base (foot) of the jack.
Mount-to-Carrier Hardware
If you also need the bolts that attach the mounting bracket itself to the tire carrier plate, you will need:
Button Head Capscrews (Qty 4): Size 5/16-18 x 1.00".
Lock Nuts (Qty 4): Size 5/16-18.
Factory Replacement
Since the threaded knobs are proprietary WARN parts, you will need to order the hardware pack for Kit P/N 90030.
