Description
Skyjacker's new 2.5 inch system for the Wrangler JK provides more room for larger 35" tires, more articulation & FLEX at a very popular price. Performance replacement Softride® front and rear coils springs provide the stable, comfortable ride. Front and Rear Lower control arms are also included. Kit comes with new Polymer front bump stops and rear bump stops. A rear track bar relocation bracket is included for the rear axle with all necessary mounting hardware. The system kits also include the new rear Track Bar Brace for added strength.

I have a bone stock 2017 jk. After installing this kit would I need any additional equipment or hardware for my jeep to be drivable and steerable?
When installing the Skyjacker JK2501KCRM 2.5" Standard Lift Kit with M95 Performance Shocks and Lower Arms on your bone stock 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK, the kit will significantly improve your off-road performance and stance. However, there are a few additional components you might need to consider for optimal drivability and steering performance:
Steering Stabilizer: With a lift, the Jeep’s steering geometry changes, and a steering stabilizer will help reduce bump steer and any wobble at higher speeds.
Adjustable Front Track Bar: This helps realign your axle to the center after lifting. The factory track bar may pull the axle slightly off-center with a 2.5” lift.
Brake Line Extension or Drop Brackets: Depending on your driving habits, you may need longer brake lines or extension brackets to prevent the lines from stretching when the suspension is fully flexed.
Alignment: After installing the lift kit, it's crucial to get an alignment to ensure proper handling, steering, and tire wear.
The kit itself includes the lower control arms, which help maintain proper caster angles and ride quality, so you likely won't need additional control arm modifications. But for peace of mind, checking the components above is highly recommended to ensure the best performance on and off-road
