Description
Tera has developed heavy duty tie rod ends that utilize a one-ton joint end, and are available in either a stock Jeep® taper or a large one-ton taper (standard Dana 60). The large taper will fit the larger 60 type knuckles, as are used in Tera's HD axle line. Additionally the tie rod ends are available with an offset (for use with applications where differential interference may occur with the tie rod).

FRANCISCO M.
Compatible replacement for Teraflex Heavy Duty?

Yes, this is a genuine replacement part, but compatibility depends entirely on your specific axle and steering setup.
Compatibility Note: The TeraFlex Heavy-duty Tie Rod End (Part #4920201) features a Large Taper (designed for standard Dana 60 or Tera60 knuckles) and a 7/8" x 18 Left-Hand Thread. It is intended as a direct replacement component specifically for TeraFlex heavy-duty steering systems or custom setups built around 1-ton Dana 60 axles.
Stock Warning: It is not a direct replacement for a factory stock Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axle with standard factory knuckle tapers, as the taper hole will be too large.

What is the diameter and thread count for this end?

This is 7/8"-18 left hand thread. Thank you for the question.
Gavin H.
Will these work with a stock tie rod tube?

No, they will not. They are replacement ends for use with Teraflex's HD steering Linkage Kits. Thanks for your inquiry.
