Daily Driver Friendly: AEV focused on specifically engineering this system to meet the unique needs of owners, such as daily drivers, who prefer a lift height that is more user-friendly and less geometry and tuning intensive - like larger 3.5"-4.5" kits.
A Complete Package: This DualSport XT Suspension System includes everything needed for installation, including parts you may not find in other kits like rear axle side track bar bracket, custom rear track bar, front and rear brake line brackets, rear and front bump stops, Bilstein shocks and rear and front coil springs. Brake line relocation brackets, bump-stop extensions, front sway-bar link brackets, and a custom rear track-arm round out this package. An optional addition is the AEV ProCAL module which adjusts for changes in tire size and gear ratio after installation of lift kit.
Custom Engineered Parts: The AEV 2.5" DualSport XT Suspension System has specially tuned triple-rate coil springs and custom-tuned Bilstein shocks that are matched to the coils, ensuring ride quality does not deviate from the factory-type ride you have grown to love.
Many states have laws that limit the maximum height of a lifted vehicle. Never exceed the legal height limit.
It can be challenging to find a Jeep suspension kit that maintains factory ride quality while offering superior off-road performance. That's why AEV has engineered their 2.5" DualSport XT Suspension System, to appeal to Jeep JK Wrangler owners who want the added highway and trail performance of AEV's taller 3.5 and 4.5-inch DualSport Systems, but with a reduced lift height. AEV has made special modifications to this 2.5-inch DualSport XT Suspension System such as frequency-tuned, triple-rate coils at all four corners and custom-tuned Bilstein shocks matched to the coils.
Additionally, AEV evaluated this system for cornering and braking and determined that a new, geometry-corrected rear Track-Arm Tower would be needed to help create the kind of handling AEV suspension systems usually employ. The new system is rounded out with everything else needed to complete the package, including a custom rear track-arm, front extended sway-bar end link brackets, bump-stop extensions and brake line relocation brackets.

AEV 2.5in DualSport XT Suspension System Reviews
Ride is now slightly stiffer than stock but I feel much more confident and poised when cornering on the road!
Calling this a 2.5” lift is an understatement I was able to gain 4” both front and rear measuring from the ground to the fenders! Definitely makes the 33’s look a bit on the small side and could easily fit 35’s!
Very durable lift. 5 years in and no problems so far
The ride is so much better than stock. I installed the geometry correction brackets with the lift because I've made the mistake of keeping my control arm geometry stock when lifting previous Jeeps and ended up with a terrible ride. I can't say for sure how much of a different they made since I did everything at once, but everything together made me so happy with my Jeep. It's a pretty straightforward install. There's some minor trimming of the inner fender needed to make accessing one of the front upper shock mounts, but I was able to do that with a pair of wire cutters. I did it in my driveway with basic tools, two floor jacks, a couple of jack stands, and some wheel chocks. I recommend using two floor jacks because it'll allow you to move the axle around and let you take the stock springs out and install the new springs without needing spring compressors.
Questions

Key Features for Heavy Loads
Triple-Rate Coils: These provide a comfortable ride when the Jeep is empty but offer the necessary stiffness to support several hundred pounds of extra weight during camping trips.
Custom-Tuned Bilstein 5100 Shocks: These are valved specifically for the AEV spring rates, ensuring the Jeep doesn't feel "floaty" or uncontrolled when carrying a full load of passengers and equipment.
Expedition Ready: AEV recommends this specific kit for vehicles with up to 250 lbs of added weight for optimal performance, though many users successfully run slightly heavier setups for overlanding.

Tuning for 2-Door vs. 4-Door
AEV is one of the few manufacturers that provides vehicle-specific tuning. When purchasing, you must select the correct part number for your Jeep's configuration:
Specific Spring Rates: The triple-rate coil springs are tuned differently for 2-door and 4-door models to account for the significantly different curb weights and wheelbases. This ensures that a 2-door Jeep doesn't ride too stiffly and a 4-door doesn't sag.
Matched Shocks: The included Bilstein 5100 shocks are custom-valved specifically to match these AEV spring rates, providing a controlled, "sporty" feel rather than the floaty ride common with generic lift kits.
Recommendation: If you prioritize highway handling and want to eliminate the "flighty" steering feel that often comes with a lift, I strongly recommend adding the AEV Front Geometry Correction Brackets to your order. They are a bolt-on upgrade that makes a noticeable difference in ride quality.

According to AEV's standard parts list for the 2.5" DualSport XT, you are likely missing:
Front Sway Bar Link Relocation Brackets: These are small brackets that bolt to the front axle, allowing the use of the factory rear links.
Rear Sway Bar Relocation: Depending on the specific version of the kit, AEV either uses drop brackets for the rear or assumes you are using their track bar tower, which provides clearance.
Recommended Replacement Products
Since you are missing these parts, you have two options: buy the individual AEV brackets or upgrade to extended end links, which is often considered a better solution for off-road performance as it eliminates the need for extra brackets.
JKS Manufacturing Front Quicker Disconnects for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK - Quick disconnects, best choice for off-roading.
JKS Manufacturing JKS2943 Adjustable End Links for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK with 0-6" Lift - Adjustable length but not a quick disconnect, good for off-roading, but much more involved to disconnect for off-road use.
