This review is based on having just installed it. I can't speak for how it holds up over time just yet.
The welds, material, and construction feel very high quality for the cost.
I did the install on a `94 YJ with 4 inch suspension and 1 inch body lift. Did it straight up on the driveway without jacks or stands, no struggle getting it in.
I did have to cut, as it warns you you may, though not where the instructions said. I had to take 3/4"off the tail pipe by the muffler as well as 3/8 off of the muffler on the tailpipe side. It seems as though it would have fit without that were the hanger bar welded onto the exhaust end of the pipe didn't have the support bar added, as that pushed the entire unit forward a little. However, I much prefer how solidly they connected it, so a little mod cutting is well worth it.
Otherwise, the bend was dead on even with the larger than stock pipe size it fits without rubbing or banging on anything.
The box it was delivered in came banged up and a corner was torn off... however the smaller parts are packaged within secondary boxes inside, so they aren't likely to get lost in transport even if the main box gets damaged.
I received 2 extra muffler clamps as well as a couple of extra washers and cotter pins for the rear hanger bar ( not needed, however I appreciate when a company goes a little overboard rather than take shortcuts ).
The sound is pleasant... and while I didn't test it on a dyno or anything it does feel as though I have a noticeable improvement in power.
I can't ask for much more than what this kit provide, outside of maybe having the option of the tip being black instead of chrome... there isn't anything on my ride that even comes close to being chrome and I almost want to hit it with a belt sander to ease that shine.
